Wrong Size? Wrong Colour?

Don’t worry. We will happily exchange your item for another size or colour providing it is in stock.

(A) Please advise us asap via email so we can put aside the size or colour you require.

(B) Post the item back to us within 10 days using a traceable method, including the receipt.

(C) As soon as we receive the returned item we will dispatch your exchanged item back to you at no extra charge if within Australia. Overseas orders may incur a postal charge. Please email.

TRY ANOTHER STYLE?

We understand, shopping online is different and sometimes you may find your choice not right for you. We are happy to send out another style.

(A) Please advise us asap via email so we can put aside the new style you would like to purchase.

(B) Post the item back to us within 10 days using a traceable method, including the receipt.

(C) As soon as we receive the returned item we will dispatch your exchanged item back to you at no extra charge if within Australia. (If the new item is of a different value a new invoice will be issued and dispatch will be made after any balance is paid) Overseas postage may incur a postal charge.

REFUNDS

A full refund on the cost of the garment (excluding postage) is possible as long as the following applies:

You must advise us via email, and then return the item back to us within 10 days in perfect condition, that is, unworn with tags attached. Please return the receipt with the item. When we have received it and are happy with the condition, a refund will be made. We will email you a notification once your return has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

Verily prides itself on its quality and attention to detail. However, if you do find a fault:

(A) Please advise us asap via email so we can put aside the item that needs replacing.

(B) Post the item back to us within 10 days using a traceable method, including the receipt.

(C) As soon as we receive the returned item we will dispatch your exchanged item back to you at no extra charge, including a voucher equal to the cost of the postage to us.

OUR STORE POLICIES:

  • When returning garments to us please use a traceable method such as registered post or courier. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us.(see postage guide)
  • Please note that garments damaged by misuse or incorrect washing will not be considered faulty.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged or returned in an unsalable condition will be denied refund or an exchange and will be returned to you.
  • Items on sale do not qualify for a refund but can be exchanged.
